1:15:23 No need to fix it to 6 people, and "global" could just be a name ;-)

1:10:31 Things change, unfortunately. The context isn't the same later as it was before, it will never and can't be the same as earlier, for physical, time-related reasons.

54:44 You need to at least look at mathematical group theory, networking and their philosophies. Each of you are individuals, independent of the others, so the question is if you're all one single being/existence, which you are clearly not, not even on the immaterial level, because you have different knowledge, different values, because of physical differences of time and space, so there are groups who are not participating on the call, who don't live in your city, whom you haven't met yet, or don't share language. They're all out, and you're in. So is the goal of this group to become one unique being/existence? You can try that on some levels, but it will never work to entiety, because that's nature, the fact is, that there are groups. The number 2 isn't the number 1. Now, you can change who's "inside" and "outside" whenever you want, or what the "group" is about, but how can you do anything if you don't acknowledge that groups exist, won't go away, and that you better wisely construct/co-evolve them instead of denying them or pretending that you can get rid of it? I mean, I can imagine why Anna has those positions, but they seem to have other reasons than how they manifest. What you can do, pragmatically, is to define the group as a "brand" or community for people to throw their stuff on a big pile, for others to take it or leave it, a pool of methodologies and tools, in the worst case people don't collaborate, in the best case synergies develop.

50:52 You can't do it alone, that's the problem. Tools for dialogue, created in a monologue?

49:24 It's less about SEO, but to not start every conversation from scratch. Yes, recording history leads to the formation of group identity, so do the voice call recordings as well. The library/repository of the group, on the other hand, could be the collected opinions over time on a subject or matter, not that it dictates a certain position, but to collect all the positions and perspectives as opposed to those who were never discussed or recorded.

1:26:00 Why didn't you pick it up? ;-) I don't pick it up because I don't have permission.
