1:05:22 One could argue that the flat earth movement was a hoax started by the "enlightenment" to make the Christians look dumb, and then it seems like having been picked up again in the 60-70s with the "confrontation" of hippie culture and Christian conservatism, maybe the awakening and "counter-awakening", and after that died out, it surely was restarted as an Internet meme by 4chan or whomever, but also with the Internet, some people start to put actual science and philosophy behind it (be it to make the meme even more funny or out of real, serious interest), and for many reasons, it would be foolish to outright discard any of such things.

33:23 But the mere fact that they have an individual (despite different) vision regarding the particular community, the community is formed de-facto in contrast to instances where no single individual has a vision about a community and hence it doesn't form.

56:31 and 1:05:30 I've never heard about that theory, that 4chan helped in a significant way to get Trump elected (how, on what basis, on "having invented 'fake news'", another questionable claim?). If that's true, then the real reason would be a horrible lack of media competency of the US population that got Trump elected.
